AILES DE POULET MARINEES A LA CAMEROUNAISE

AILES DE POULET+  TOMATES + OIGNONS + 2 CUBES OR + 2 FEUILLES DE LAURIER

MACABO + MANIOC +  2 OIGNONS + TIGES D' OIGNON

ÉPICEZ COMME VOUS VOULEZ MAIS AJOUTEZ UN MÉLANGE D'AIL ET DE GINGEMBRE FRAIS + LES CUBES OR ÉMIETTÉS +1 CUILLÈRE A SOUPE D'HUILE

2 GRANDES CUILLÈRES DE PURÉE DE TOMATE + 2 AUTRES DE GINGEMBRE/AIL MIXE

.

BADIGEONNEZ UNE FEUILLE D'ALU AVEC DE L'HUILE PUIS POSEZ LES AILES ET LES METTRE A GRILLER AU FOUR
MIXE 1 OIGNON + LES TOMATES+ LES TIGES + LE BOUILLON DE POULET

J 'AI UTILISE DE L' HUILE DE TOURNESOL MAIS C EST COMME VOUS VOULEZ

AJOUTER UN VERRE D EAU ET FAITE RÉDUIRE LE MÉLANGE DU MIXEUR

FRIRE 1 OIGNON ÉMINCÉ AVEC 2 CUILLÈRES LA PURÉE DE TOMATE

PUIS RAJOUTEZ LA SAUCE RÉDUITE ET MÉLANGEZ

SORTEZ LE POULET DU FOUR QUAND IL EST DORE

METTRE LES AILES DANS LA SAUCE ET CUIRE TE TOUS A FEU DOUX

AJOUTEZ UN VERRE DE VIN AU CHOIX ROSE OU BLANC  C'EST OPTIONNEL ON PEU METTRE DE L'EAU ET ON CUIT LE TOUS A FEU DOUX

CUIRE LES LÉGUMES A LA VAPEUR C'EST MEILLEUR

LA SAUCE DOIT ÊTRE ÉPAISSE PAS LIQUIDE ET IL N'Y EN PAS FORCEMENT BEAUCOUP

C'EST UNE RECETTE QUE J'AIME BEAUCOUP FAIRE AVEC LES AILES DE POULETS, UNE DE MES PARTIES FAVORITE DE CETTE VOLAILLE. JE L' ACCOMPAGNE TOUJOURS DE MANIOC OU DE MACABO. ON COMMENCE LA RECETTE AU FOUR CAR JE N'AIME PAS FRIRE LA VIANDE POUR AVOIR UNE COULEUR DOREE. JE PREFERE LA GRILLEE AU FOUR C'EST MOINS GRAS. MAIS AU CAMEROUN ON FRIT LE POULET AVANT. CETTE RECETTE EST TRÈS FACILE A RÉALISER COMME VOUS POUVEZ LE VOIR ET EN PLUS PAS DU TOUT CHER.

BON APPÉTIT !

  2. Please excuse my French grammar and spelling!! Its been many years since school! This took a while to do but I thought your french readers of your blog should have it in their language. I will post it in English too...
I have to say this...Your marinated cameroon style chicken wings are fantastic. Well done and congratulations on your beautiful step by step photos. I need to learn from that!. You can just see when a recipe works by the ingredient quantities and method. I absolutely love your ginger and garlic combo of spices. This is one recipe I will try soon, maybe this weekend. I will use maize meal "Sadza" (I think you call it "Fufu"?) to accompany it because I think the bland will offset that fantastic spicy combination. What would be really great is for you to give us a rendering of "Ndole" using spinach or something available around London. I think westernized palates might really take to it. I would love to give it a try, because I have never known how to prepare the various peanut flavoured dishes found in Africa to the South.
